About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a key leadership position.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for planning and organizing inspection-related activities, assisting the commercial team in preparing quotations, monitoring market trends, and handling customer complaints.

You will work closely with clients and inspectors to ensure seamless inspections and maintain accurate records of completed jobs and contractor verifications.

Your role will also involve reviewing inspection reports, attending management meetings, and performing other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Key Accountabilities
  • Review and approve technical and commercial proposals.
  • Plan and organize inspections.
  • Coordinate with clients and inspectors for inspections.
  • Maintain records of completed jobs and contractor verifications, and verify invoices.
  • Review inspection reports.
  • Attend management meetings.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Technical Competencies

The following competencies are required:

  • An engineering degree and/or management-related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent technical, organizational, and time management skills.
Skills Required
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with industry inspection codes, standards, and practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage work under pressure with tight schedules and willingness to work in teams.
