Live Chat Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live Chat Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional English writing skills, proven customer service experience, and the ability to manage multiple live chats simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Educate customers about our services and products through chat.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions via chat.
  • Provide a positive customer experience by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Keep customers informed about new features, announcements, and product updates.
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient customer experience throughout the live chat support process.
  • Handle multiple live chats simultaneously to assist customers with their queries.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure critical issues are resolved.
  • Record and track new feature requests and live chat interactions.
  • Foster a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • A minimum of 50% accuracy in English comprehension.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service or telemarketing.
  • Experience handling international customers via live chat is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
