
Chat Support Representative

Job Timings:
Monday to Saturday
- Shift 1: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Shift 2: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- (Candidates must be available for either shift)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to handle client communication through Facebook Messenger. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction—all via chat.
If you are tech-savvy, have strong written communication skills, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you. Training will be provided, so prior experience is helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook Messenger in a timely and professional manner
- Understand and address client needs effectively
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
- Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in all interactions
- Keep clear records of customer interactions
- Monitor Facebook inbox and ensure all messages are answered promptly
Requirements:
- Good written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of Facebook Messenger and other social platforms
- Ability to work in rotating shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn—training will be provided
- Location Al-Hamra Town
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience in online or chat-based customer support
- Familiarity with customer service tools or CRM systems
- Experience in e-commerce or service-based industries
