Job Timings:

Monday to Saturday

  • Shift 1: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Shift 2: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • (Candidates must be available for either shift)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Representative to handle client communication through Facebook Messenger. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction—all via chat.

If you are tech-savvy, have strong written communication skills, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you. Training will be provided, so prior experience is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook Messenger in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand and address client needs effectively
  • Provide accurate information regarding products or services
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in all interactions
  • Keep clear records of customer interactions
  • Monitor Facebook inbox and ensure all messages are answered promptly

Requirements:

  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of Facebook Messenger and other social platforms
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn—training will be provided
  • Location Al-Hamra Town

Preferred (but not required):

  • Prior experience in online or chat-based customer support
  • Familiarity with customer service tools or CRM systems
  • Experience in e-commerce or service-based industries
