Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Amazon expert who has at least 1-2 years of experience in managing Amazon FBA seller accounts (private label or wholesale).

Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue and profitability growth by leveraging data-driven insights, creativity, and results-oriented strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work independently and collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of our Amazon store, ensuring optimal visibility and sales through effective product listing management, inventory control, and brand consistency.
  2. Develop and execute SEO and keyword research strategies to enhance product discoverability and drive organic traffic to our Amazon listings.
  3. Create and manage PPC advertising campaigns on Amazon, utilizing sponsored ads and other advertising tools to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of competitor activity on Amazon, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats to refine our strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI, preparing regular reports to analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Foster positive relationships with customers through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to continually improve the customer experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in Amazon policies, algorithms, and industry trends to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.
