Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Marketplace Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee and scale our business on Amazon. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon PPC, SEO, keyword research, and order fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, and dropshipping). The role requires a data-driven mindset and proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to optimize performance, drive sales, and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Account Management: Oversee daily operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts. Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain account health.
- Product Listings & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, A+ Content, and backend keywords. Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Amazon PPC & Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and ACOS. Manage FBA, FBM, and dropshipping operations to ensure smooth fulfillment. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain inventory flow.
- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Use Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and other analytics tools to track trends and optimize sales. Analyze key metrics like conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behavior to improve strategies.
- Customer Service & Review Management: Monitor and respond to customer queries and negative feedback. Develop strategies to increase positive reviews and maintain a strong seller rating.
- Competitor & Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and pricing strategies. Keep up with Amazon trends and algorithm updates to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong expertise in Amazon PPC, SEO, and keyword research.
- Familiarity with FBA, FBM, and dropshipping models.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or orthodontics-related eCommerce.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
- Background in performance marketing and conversion rate optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of multi-channel eCommerce platforms.
