We are seeking experienced professionals for Field Sales Officer positions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for career advancement in the real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of real estate agencies in a designated area or region.
- Conduct daily field visits to demonstrate products and services, securing impactful deals.
- Achieve revenue growth ambitions as per regional business plans.
- Develop strategies to add new clients and work as a consultant to expand existing relationships.
- Revive lost clients to minimize churn and identify new business opportunities.
- Efficiently manage tasks and track KPIs within a CRM tool for assigned portfolios.
- Handle client queries and issues, taking ownership and following up for immediate resolution.
- Foster long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
- This role requires travel to client meetings within the assigned area.
- Regular working hours, with need-based evening or weekend work required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Proven experience in business development and efficient account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation, active listening, problem-solving, critical thinking, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
