Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing market feasibility studies, competitor pricing, and product costings for new disposable advanced surgical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To prepare market feasibility studies for new disposable advanced surgical product lines.
  • To study competitor pricing and prepare product costings.
  • To develop an effective product launch strategy.
  • To prepare product brochures and presentations.
  • To make presentations to doctors and hospitals.
  • To develop the sales team and impart training to them.


Requirements:
  • Experience in successful new product launches.
  • Experience in medical device/pharma products, market feasibility studies, costing, team building, and market share capture planning.
  • Experience in working with surgeons in local hospitals.
