Sales and Marketing Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective product strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Work within established regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.
  3. Sales Promotion Campaigns: Support the development and implementation of sales promotion campaigns.
  4. Agency Relationship Management: Manage agency relationships for timely delivery of tactics.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales force and medical department to develop patient programs aligned with strategic direction.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor program performance and adjust plans accordingly.
  7. Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on budget and as planned.
  8. Brand Strategies and Tactics: Implement brand strategies and analyze feedback for necessary changes.
  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively to motivate and align stakeholders.
  10. Relationship Building: Build productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and influential customers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales or combined sales and marketing experience, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships and operate with senior management.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret market data; capable of identifying research needs and commissioning projects.
  • High understanding of regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
