  5. Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements as needed.
  6. Database Management: Maintain all databases, including financial and staff reports, and prepare expenses budget.
  7. Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory, checking stock levels and anticipating needed supplies.
  8. Supervision: Directly supervise office admin staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
