Dynamic Ecommerce Professional

The primary role of this position is to spearhead and drive the growth of our online business across Shopify and Daraz. This pivotal leader must be a data-driven professional with strong leadership skills and proven experience in ecommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive online sales on Shopify and Daraz, utilizing expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp API Marketing.
  • Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to optimize performance, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, tracking, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee product listings via CSV File, catalog management, promotions, and pricing across platforms, while managing integrations with CRM tools, logistics portals, and third-party apps.
  • Lead and supervise the ecommerce team, including designers, digital marketers, and customer support staff, ensuring excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and Daraz Seller Central, along with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp API Marketing.
  • Experience managing customer CRM, POS systems, and logistics portals.
