With over 100,000 customers worldwide, we seek a Commercial Sales Engineering Director to develop, lead and nurture sales engineering teams in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bolster and direct a top-notch team of Commercial Sales Engineering Managers and individual Sales Engineers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive revenue growth through strategic development and execution.
  • Establish best practices for the Commercial Sales Engineering function.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Team to identify, attract and onboard exceptional Sales Engineering talent in Pakistan.
  • Design innovative training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to local and global leadership.
  • Act as a key technical liaison between the Sales Engineering team and internal departments.
  • Stay abreast of local industry trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a second-line leadership role.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's of Science preferred; Master's a plus.
  • Familiarity with value selling concepts is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience as an individual contributing Sales Engineer is essential.
  • Experience overseeing commercial sales cycles and supporting high-volume, transactional sales.
  • Knowledge of hardware, cloud software, IoT and AI/ML is beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
