With over 100,000 customers worldwide, we seek a Commercial Sales Engineering Director to develop, lead and nurture sales engineering teams in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:- Bolster and direct a top-notch team of Commercial Sales Engineering Managers and individual Sales Engineers.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to drive revenue growth through strategic development and execution.
- Establish best practices for the Commercial Sales Engineering function.
- Partner with the Recruiting Team to identify, attract and onboard exceptional Sales Engineering talent in Pakistan.
- Design innovative training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to local and global leadership.
- Act as a key technical liaison between the Sales Engineering team and internal departments.
- Stay abreast of local industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a second-line leadership role.
- Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's of Science preferred; Master's a plus.
- Familiarity with value selling concepts is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as an individual contributing Sales Engineer is essential.
- Experience overseeing commercial sales cycles and supporting high-volume, transactional sales.
- Knowledge of hardware, cloud software, IoT and AI/ML is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
