  • Leverage tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Track key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance.

This role requires deep knowledge of revenue management tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date on market conditions, competitor benchmarks, and industry trends.

  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in short-term rental revenue management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy improvements.
  • Proficiency with tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret and act on performance data.
