Technical Project Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Technical Project Manager to drive high-impact tasks, take initiative, and lead cross-functional teams.

As a TPM, you will have opportunities for significant professional growth by planning and managing multiple projects. You will be responsible for managing software development processes aligned with product roadmaps and release deadlines.

  • Manage the software development process to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Create detailed product feature tickets for the development team
  • Establish timelines and track releases, coordinating with development, QA, and DevOps teams
  • Engage with senior leadership on new feature ideas and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with account managers on end-user guides
  • Analyze team weaknesses and develop skill sets
  • Assist with hiring and interviewing for product development and engineering teams
  • Advocate for customers throughout product design and development

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, or relevant fields, and 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.

Advanced knowledge of project management principles and practices is required. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and Jira is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as fluency in English, are essential for this role.
