Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer to support strategic recruitment planning and oversee the candidate selection process.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Actively engage with potential candidates, building a strong talent pipeline. Perform screening, interviewing, and assessment of applicants.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth selection process.
- Identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process to enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate onboarding and ensure a positive experience for new hires.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and departments.
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
As a seasoned recruitment professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans that meet our business objectives. You will work closely with department heads to identify key talent acquisition goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
We require someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
