Motive is seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a sales or account management capacity, with experience working with fleet managers and owner/operators in the transportation industry.

Key responsibilities include:
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quota expectations
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Providing expert-level support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales or account management role
- Proven ability to work effectively with B2B customers in the United States and Canada
- Strong ownership attitude and ability to drive results
