Overview

TalentPop is seeking a skilled Automations Specialist to join their Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot backend and Zapier, as well as strong knowledge of Google Workspace—especially Google Sheets.

About the Role
  • This is an entry-level full-time position in Management and Manufacturing.
Job Description

The Automations Specialist will work closely with department leads to understand and enhance processes, document and refine SOPs, build and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier, troubleshoot and optimize existing automations, organize and maintain documentation of automations per department, offer onboarding and admin support within the Business Operations team, and jump in to help with other administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and customer service.
  2. Create and refine workflows using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier.
  3. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of automations.
  4. Provide training and support for new team members.
  5. Assist with various administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot backend.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Zapier.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn new tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
