Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead Auditor

Bachelor's or Postgraduate Diploma in Quality Assurance is required for this role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and improve hospital policies, procedures, and processes to streamline workflows and ensure continuous monitoring of Healthcare Quality and Safety.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Manual (QM) and Quality System Procedures (QSP) as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Compile Joint Commission Accreditation (JCA) Policy and Procedures under the supervision of the Director/Principal.
  • Coordinate and provide guidelines in the development of quality objectives and performance indicators as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Maintain Quality Management System documentation and records.
  • Participate in planning, development, coordination, and presentation of specific trainings and educational programs assigned by the Principal/Director.
  • Provide guidelines through the Director/Principal to all hospitals regarding quality implementation.
  • Design, schedule, and conduct quality review audits as appropriate to the healthcare facilities and services.
  • Schedule and prepare Management Review/Internal & External quality audits as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of incidents/non-compliances and observations of internal/external audit under the supervision of the Assistant Director/Senior Manager.
  • Frequent monitoring and reporting of non-compliances/observations to the Director/Principal.
  • Work on data analysis of Quality activities in different Hospitals.
  • Develop a review timeline for pertinent quality of care issues.
Job Specification:
  • A good command of computer/MS Office is required.
  • Able to cope with stress and handle multiple assignments.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of Quality Management/ISO/JCA accreditation process is essential.
