We are seeking a seasoned Research Manager to lead our team in developing strategic marketing programs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience conducting statistical research and quantitative analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. They will be responsible for producing industry-specific marketing decks, managing competitive research data, and analyzing customer needs and behavior.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses of trends to enhance retention strategies and improve customer channel behavior.
  • Developing and presenting strategic recommendations and projects that directly address client research questions.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Maintaining current on industry trends and technological advancements to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A graduate or master's degree in marketing and research.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and express implications of analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with industry measurement tools such as SPSS, Mintel, MRI, etc.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
