Marketing Director Role

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our firm's visibility, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans aligned with the firm's objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, leveraging expertise in content creation, graphic design, and project management.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and market research data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to expand our network and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will possess experience in service-based industries, preferably fintech, audit, and assurance, or IT. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing from renowned institutions.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the professional services industry.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
