Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in generating new business leads, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. You will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our market share.

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business development decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, finance).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
