Job Description

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining features that drive business growth. Your primary objective will be to develop strategies that improve key metrics such as retention, virality, and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing experimental features, with a focus on delivering high-quality and scalable work. You will also be expected to analyze data directly to inform strategic business decisions and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless product delivery.

Additionally, you will be responsible for working on initiatives to enhance system efficiency and productivity, including improving metrics, analytics, and experimentation infrastructure.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Developing features experimentally with a focus on moving key business metrics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and statistical significance.
  • Experience with statistical data analysis, data integration, and handling large datasets.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and view them as tools rather than ideologies.
