About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to drive our e-commerce brand's social media presence forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy Development: Create comprehensive plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various social media platforms.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok to showcase our brand's personality and values.
  • Social Media Management and Optimization: Maintain the company's social media profiles and presence by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring performance metrics to continually optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Trend Analysis and Collaboration: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and applications to inform strategy improvements and drive business results. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and insights to inform strategy improvements and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Platform Understanding: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to develop unique and shareable content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Industry Passion: Passion for e-commerce and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
