Join Galaxy View Real Estate as a Business Development Executive and take on a challenging role that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule Appointments: Make outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments that meet their needs and preferences.
  2. Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service and maintain a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for every client interaction.
  3. Client Information Management: Accurately update and maintain client information in our CRM system, guaranteeing seamless communication and follow-up.
  4. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  6. Handle Client Objections: Confidently handle client objections and inquiries, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure. They should have previous experience in a BPO or call center environment, preferably in appointment setting or telemarketing, and be able to adapt to changing schedules as needed.

  1. Experience: Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment, preferably in appointment setting or telemarketing.
  2. Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Flexibility: Demonstrate your ability to work effectively during night shifts.
  4. Attitude and Organizational Skills: Showcase a positive, proactive attitude and strong organizational skills, ensuring you stay on top of tasks and deadlines.
