This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can drive sales growth and exceed targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing telesales team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of telemarketers to achieve forecasted sales results within allocated time and budget levels.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent to maintain a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least three years of outbound telemarketing experience with 1 year of team leader or supervisor experience.
- Excellent leadership skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
