Corporate Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage corporate billing processes and maintain accurate records.

  • About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with corporate clients, projecting expected receipts, and overseeing the issuance and recovery of updates. As a Corporate Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing corporate clients' timely billing, projecting expected receipts, and overseeing the issuance and recovery of updates.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare interim payment certificates to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
    Invoicing projects and maintaining project account records to facilitate smooth transactions.
  2. Generate timely payment letters for the sales team to expedite collections,
    Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on receivables and resolve any issues promptly.
  3. Verify bills at project sites and coordinate with regional offices and the business development team
    to ensure efficient collections.
  4. Develop strategies to prevent past-due receivables from defaulting and work with the sales, key accounts managers, and business development teams to prepare a collection plan for overdue payments.
  • Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
  2. 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
  3. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP B1, Oracle, or similar software), strong knowledge of taxation, sales tax, and withholding tax regulations, and proven ability to maintain accurate billing records.
