Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Quality Assurance department and implement a quality management system that meets international standards.
Main Responsibilities- Verify compliance with our quality policy on an independent basis.
- Maintain our Quality Management System, ensuring it aligns with ISO 9001:1994 and company policy.
- Provide guidance and support to other managers in the effective operation of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure all personnel within the department are trained, aware, and adhere to the requirements of our Quality Management System.
- Implement corrective actions in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle customer complaints and assist in establishing statistical process control measurement and reporting.
- Resolve disputes on quality-related matters.
- Represent the organization on quality-related matters.
We seek a candidate with:
- A degree in Textile or Quality Assurance.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Quality Assurance department in a weaving unit.
- A pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
A competitive remuneration package including a salary range of PKR 800,000 - PKR 1,200,000 per annum.
