Job Title: Automotive Sales & Customer Experience Specialist

We're currently hiring on behalf of a performance-focused automotive client known for pushing the boundaries of aftermarket tuning and vehicle optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound messages and follow-ups via call, SMS, and Facebook Messenger with prospective and existing customers.
  • Offer Expert Guidance: Help car enthusiasts understand upgrade options, tuning packages, and vehicle performance improvements.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Deliver an exceptional customer service experience rooted in shared automotive passion.
  • Performance Sales & Quoting: Craft custom service quotes tailored to the customer's vehicle type, goals, and performance expectations.
  • Educate Customers: Inform customers on tuning options, exhaust systems, and related upgrades with a focus on value, reliability, and results.
  • Closing Sales: Close sales confidently by understanding both technical specifications and client needs.
  • Appointment Coordination: Book installation or tuning appointments with certified service centers or local dealers.
  • Maintain Seamless Customer Journey: Use CRM and calendar tools to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Prepare Customers: Ensure each customer is prepped and ready for their shop visit—no surprises, just horsepower.
  • CRM & Communications Management: Track all customer activity, service status, and follow-ups via Slack, Zoho CRM, Dialpad, and other platforms.
  • Maintain Clear Communication: Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction through clear communication with internal teams.
  • Team Collaboration & Growth Strategy: Contribute ideas to recommend promotions, seasonal campaigns, or upsell opportunities based on market trends.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing and operations teams to refine outreach and boost conversion rates.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: In automotive sales or aftermarket customer support
  • Solid Understanding: Of performance parts: ECU tuning, turbo upgrades, downpipes, exhausts, and intakes
  • Proficiency in Tools: Zoho CRM, Slack, Dialpad, and Wix (or similar platforms)
  • Excellent English Communication: Verbal and written; Spanish or Punjabi a bonus
  • Strong Organizational & Follow-up Skills: In a remote work environment
