
Enterprise Lead Generator

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Lead Generator to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads to support the business unit.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with high energy, a willingness to learn, and creative problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our sales teams who focus on reaching out to new businesses.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and targeting prospects using various sales tools
- Tracking prospects, identifying decision-makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications, and entering data accurately and consistently into data sheets
- Identifying high-potential prospects and transitioning qualified leads to the sales organization for further follow-up
- Obtaining customer contact information and other relevant details to populate the database
- Analyzing different sales tools to come up with effective solutions
You will also need to have a solid understanding of our market, including services and technologies.
The successful applicant will possess:
- First-class influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to promote effectively
- Background in B2B telesales
- Great customer service aptitude
- Confidence in conversing with clients over the phone
- A desire to grow their sales skills further and progress their career
In terms of qualifications, you will require:
- Strong English communication skills
- Expertise and skills in software houses
- Experience of at least 3-5 years in a related field
- Good aptitude in IT communication, including product knowledge
- Built and maintained relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners
- Developed relationships with senior decision-makers within potential clients
- Pitched products and/or services
- Maintained fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Researched organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential markets
- Contacted potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planned and overseen new marketing initiatives
- Contacted clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
- Developed quotes and proposals
- Negotiated and renegotiated by phone, email, and in-person
This is a contract-based position with a minimum one-year contract duration if you have more than five years of experience. If you have less than five years of experience, the contract will be two years, leading to unlimited contracts based on performance.
