We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our organization's supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs across the supply chain
  • Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including vendor selection and negotiation
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate activities and ensure alignment of goals
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership and managerial skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, and knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in supply chain management are essential.
