Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to provide administrative support to the office of the Director. This role involves relieving the Director of routine daily tasks, performing duties necessary to run the office efficiently, and handling day-to-day work assigned by the Director.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly, cope with deadlines, and deal tactfully with customers and employees. They will also establish effective working relationships with various individuals, including managers, supervisors, and professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to management, staff, and clients.
  • Arranging meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visa arrangements.
  • Scheduling meetings, screening calls, handling visitors, and coordinating activities with senior management.
  • Analyzing and resolving specific problems quickly, coping with deadlines, and dealing tactfully with customers and employees.

Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar capacity is required. The candidate should be well-groomed and possess excellent communication skills. Computer literacy is essential.
