Customer Success Representative (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for sales and want to grow within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate products/services.
  2. Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  3. Maintain a consistent pipeline by following up on leads and meeting or exceeding daily/monthly sales targets.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in telesales or customer service, excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
