Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging with qualified candidates to fill technical roles within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with online hiring platforms and the ability to work independently under pressure are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
- Evaluate qualifications against job requirements and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Proficiency with online hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles under pressure.
