Job Opportunity: Key Account Professional

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Professional to join our regional Fragrance Consumer Products team. This role involves providing intimate support for our expanding customer base and increasing market share in Pakistan across product categories.

The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our Middle East Sales team, building relationships with key customers in Pakistan and developing business plans targeting strategic customers. They will provide game-changing Fragrance solutions and help achieve Givaudan's commercial objectives in the region.

This position offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development and is based in Lahore to focus on strategic Northern markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Business Strategies
    • Establish strong relationships with key internal and external decision-makers.
    • Grow and defend existing Givaudan business in specific Fragrance Consumer Products segments.
    • Set up/review/monitor strategic and category account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
  2. Positioning Fragrance Solutions
    • Identify value drivers for the customer and promote Givaudan's value proposition by strategically positioning Givaudan products and technologies.
  3. Managing Customer Briefs and Projects
    • Manage customer briefs and proactive innovation and development projects.
    • Use project management skills to motivate and guide others, ensuring overall success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, key account management, business development, marketing, or a techno-commercial role.
  • Good knowledge of customers, competition, and an existing customer network in Pakistan is desirable.
  • A passion and appreciation for the world of Fragrance.
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
  • A team player comfortable with diversity.
