About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in supporting our regional Fragrance Consumer Products team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact business results and driving growth across multiple product categories.

You will be working closely with our Middle East Sales team to build strong relationships with key customers in Pakistan and develop effective business plans that meet their needs.

The role reports to the Pakistan Country Manager and presents excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

As a Key Account Growth Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Business Development: Understand our customers' needs and brands, grow and defend existing Givaudan business in specific Fragrance Consumer Products segments.
  2. Account Planning: Set up/review/monitor strategic and category account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate relationships with key internal and external decision-makers.
  4. New Business Attraction: Identify and create mutual business opportunities.

We are seeking candidates with strong sales and marketing skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Fragrance industry.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, key account management, business development, marketing, market research, or a techno-commercial role in the Fragrance, Perfumes, Cosmetics, Ingredients, Chemical, or FMCG sector(s).
  • Good knowledge of customers, competition, and an existing customer network in Pakistan is ideal.
  • A strong passion and appreciation for the world of Fragrance.
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
