Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our knitted products business, driving growth and expansion in the market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales revenue.
  2. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the global market.
  3. Lead a team to expedite processes from scratch to shipment, ensuring timely deliveries and quality control.
  4. Acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Coordinate production to deliver on-time shipments of orders, working closely with buyers and planning managers.
  6. Have in-depth knowledge of fabrics, trims, and accessories, enabling informed decision-making and cost optimization.
  7. Prepare costing sheets and price knit garments, analyzing costs and negotiating prices with suppliers.
  8. Forecast sales and analyze markets to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  9. Plan marketing initiatives, segment markets, target buyers, and conduct buyer portfolio research to drive business development.
  10. Establish long-range plans for capacity and business growth, leveraging low costs and improving on-time delivery.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the knitted products industry.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to travel for business purposes.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software applications, with a focus on data analysis and presentation.
