MS Apparel Textile Mills is a leading Pakistan-based manufacturer and exporter of high-quality denim and woven garments, serving global fashion brands for over 25 years. We specialize in bulk production of jeans, jackets, shirts, and custom twill apparel for men, women, and children. Our vertically integrated, SMETA-approved facility offers OEM & Private Label Services, fast sampling, reliable turnaround, and competitive pricing. We also operate a sourcing office in Guangzhou, China and maintain trade partnerships in Korea, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.

Role Description

MS Apparel & Textile Mills is seeking a proactive and results-drivenBusiness Development Executiveto join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in both local and international markets.

You'll play a key role in driving sales growth by connecting with brands, buying houses, and sourcing partners. This position requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of the textile/garment industry, and the ability to manage leads from prospect to conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Textile (MBA preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in garments/textiles)
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools
  • Understanding of garment manufacturing processes (denim and cotton is a plus)
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close international deals
  • Professional presentation and client relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
