Senior Physiotherapist

This is a high-level leadership position that requires a senior physiotherapist to oversee the delivery of physiotherapeutic services. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in physiotherapy, preferably with a focus on sports physical therapy, and at least three years of clinical experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Strong leadership skills, knowledge of therapeutic practices, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment are essential for this role.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on clinical diagnosis and patient goals.
  • Oversee and mentor the physiotherapy team to ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
  • Lead team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge within the practice.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and implement strategies for wellness.
  • Stay current with advancements in sports physical therapy and integrate evidence-based practices into treatment protocols.
  • Monitor and assess the progress and outcomes of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Physiotherapy (preferably with a focus on Sports Physical Therapy).
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience.
