Job Title: Cloud Solutions Manager

This is a challenging role that requires a skilled professional to manage technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, DevOps engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud-based solutions and drive innovation.
  • Coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, promoting continuous improvement and team engagement.
  • Manage client relationships, provide consistent project updates, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support team members, promoting Agile best practices and encouraging professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies and Agile software development.
  • Hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage software development projects and deliver high-impact results.
  • Proficient in using Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms preferably AWS to support architectural decisions, technical planning, and solution delivery.
  • Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring development practices align with deployment strategies and business objectives.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools and container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes) for cloud-native deployments.
