  • This role would be responsible for assisting line manager in assigned tasks especially in Cloud Planning, Infrastructure & Data Networks.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, evaluating, and coordinating IT Infrastructure, Smart Care, and Cloud (CT, Private, Public, and IT) projects in collaboration with peer teams and under the guidance of the line manager.
  • Participate in CS Core, PS Core, VAS Core, and CDN projects, with responsibilities including traffic and trend analysis, capacity forecasting, network planning, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with the line manager, internal teams, and vendors for project updates, evaluations, and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives by developing scripts and utilities using Python and related tools (e.g., Bash, REST APIs, SQL), as assigned by the line manager.
  • Support R&D activities related to AI/ML by assisting in data analysis, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development for network and cloud-related use cases.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFQs/RFPs in line with requirements and managerial guidance.
  • Assist in detailed technical analysis, evaluation, and estimation of vendor proposals based on project requirements.
  • Support the Marketing team in integrating projects within the CMPak network.
  • Ensure compliance with CMPak policies and procedures during communication and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering

Work Experience
  • At least 4 Years experience of working experience in IT Infrastructure/IT Project Deployment & Evaluation/Virtual Platforms or in IT Data Networks & Platforms.

Skills - Job Specific:
  • Proven experience in Cloud Infrastructure Planning, Deployment, and Operations, with strong understanding of compute, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies across major hypervisors.
  • Solid background in GSM and IT domains, with knowledge of GSM protocols, TCP/IP networking, and network security principles.
  • Experience in the planning and deployment of telecom and IT projects (e.g., CS Core, PS Core, VAS, and Smart Care solutions), including collaboration across cross-functional teams and domains.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Python, Bash, REST APIs, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data analysis, with the ability to support automation and R&D initiatives through prototyping or proof-of-concept development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering results within defined timelines.
  • Technically sound with working knowledge of telecom standards and IT frameworks in converged environments.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
