Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Description

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to spearhead the generation of new business and maintain recurring revenue streams. The ideal candidate will leverage provided resources to sustain a strong social media presence, process and generate leads, and assist in closing sales.

The role involves marketing activities, including online platforms, OTT, and developing the company profile in the target market, encompassing content creation and placement across various media platforms such as local newspapers, social media platforms, and more. We seek a dedicated and approachable individual with impressive character and skills.

The primary goal is to provide exceptional support and drive revenue growth efforts for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly sales targets agreed upon in collaboration with the team
  • Develop effective marketing communication campaigns that meet industry standards
  • Establish relationships with educational bodies (schools, academies in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi) as applicable
  • Clearly explain pricing and negotiate terms of agreement with clients
  • Prominently present the services offered by the organization to potential clients
  • Effectively communicate basic requirements of universities and colleges to students
  • Convert leads and complete required documentation for administrative review
  • Assist students with documentation and standardized test registrations like SAT, IELTS
  • Discover events and activities to showcase organizational offerings and increase market penetration
  • Respond to queries raised by clients on behalf of the organization
  • Support student recruitment activities pertinent to internal programs as needed
  • Ensure all meetings are properly documented with clear interaction chains and statuses
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Marketing, Sales, or similar roles
  • Familiarity with marketing and sales protocols and platforms
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
