Our team is looking for a professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service across all touchpoints of the remittance journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email and chat, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and complaints.
- Monitor the end-to-end customer journey to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements to ensure seamless transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while addressing customer requests, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction, preparing periodic reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service performance.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to handle stress and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with remittance services, financial products, or fintech industry is a plus point.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service/customer experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or remittance industry.
