We are seeking a professional with expertise in customer satisfaction, sales performance, and project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure tailored solutions for clients, meet sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with architects and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire customer experience, from measurements to post-installation follow-up
  • Meet assigned sales targets by managing KDW opportunities, processing client quotations/orders, and maintaining relationships with architects and contractors
  • Conduct site visits at critical stages, oversee verification, point marking, PDI, and installation processes, and address client complaints effectively
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in same industry or related fields
  3. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to project challenges
  6. Familiarity with kitchen, doors, and wardrobe materials, designs, and market trends
  7. Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Sketchup etc
