HR Manager, Payroll and Talent Acquisition

Job Summary
">Virtually leading the HR function, we seek a seasoned Human Resource, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll Manager to drive organizational growth and employee success.
Main Responsibilities
- Design effective global talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs, leveraging recruitment technologies and platforms.
- Oversee sourcing efforts for key roles, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline through diverse talent recruitment, including women, veterans, and underrepresented groups.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance the candidate experience, improve efficiency, and expand talent branding through online channels and university relations.
Onboarding & Employee Management
- Manage offer letters, background checks, new employee orientations, and HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accurate employee setup and maintenance.
- Administer contract records for active consultants and clients while coordinating and maintaining key contracts and agreements.
Resource & Performance Management
- Consult with business leaders on performance improvement, employee relations, and talent development, overseeing performance improvement plans and performance reviews.
- Maintain employee records, handbooks, and other HR documentation, as well as oversee day-to-day benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and best HR practices in managing unemployment insurance claims, workers' compensation, and annual benefits enrollment processes.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and onboarding, exhibiting exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with staff and leadership, demonstrating strong organizational skills and technology proficiency in Microsoft Office.
