
Human Resource/ Payroll and Talent Acquistion Manager

Virtelligence, a leading national IT consulting firm specializing in IT consulting and staffing services, is seeking a Human Resource, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll Manager. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Lead sourcing efforts for key roles, including technical and executive-level hiring, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline.
- Drive strategies for diverse talent recruitment, including women, veterans, and underrepresented groups.
- Expand talent branding through online channels and university relations to attract top talent.
- Utilize recruitment technologies and platforms to enhance the candidate experience and improve efficiency.
Onboarding & Employee Management
- Manage offer letters, background checks, and new employee orientations.
- Administer HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accurate employee setup and maintenance (e.g., Paylocity, Time & Expense systems).
- Coordinate and maintain contract records for active consultants and clients.
Resource & Performance Management
- Consult with business leaders on performance, employee relations, and talent development.
- Oversee performance improvement plans, performance reviews, and terminations while ensuring fair and equitable practices.
- Manage key contracts and agreements, ensuring timely renewals and accurate monitoring of terms.
- Maintain employee records, handbooks, and other HR documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day benefits administration, including responding to inquiries, enrollment, and accurate billing audits.
- Manage unemployment insurance claims, workers' compensation, and annual benefits enrollment processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and best HR practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to take initiative and address complex challenges independently.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with staff and leadership.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands under pressure.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
