This position involves managing the on-site installation process of our products to ensure that all installations meet design specifications, company standards, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-focused, and able to lead and manage on-site labor and contractor teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inspections before installation to identify potential issues.
  • Verify delivered goods against order specifications and packing lists, reporting any discrepancies or shortages promptly.
  • Oversee installation work to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Review and validate contractor bills and site expenses to maintain cost control.
  • Conduct final inspections to guarantee that all fittings and installations meet safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain the final finishing report and confirm their satisfaction.
  • Compare completed installations with design drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence.
  • Lead and manage on-site labor and contractor teams to optimize productivity.
  • Resolve any installation issues or modifications in collaboration with contractors.
  • Match on-site measurements with drawings and document discrepancies using a standard checklist.
  • Mark points and apply elevation layouts and drawings correctly.
  • Notify the Site Manager of item shortages and raise complaints within 24 hours.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 3+ years of experience in site supervision and installation management.

Familiarity with interior fit-outs and modular furniture installations is essential.

Proficiency in using measurement tools and basic site documentation is required.

Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary for success in this role.
