Senior Medical Equipment Manager

Expertise in medical equipment management is required to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will lead a team of specialists to provide comprehensive support services, including training and maintenance of complex medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the after-sales service department to ensure timely responses to customer requests.
- Conduct clinical application trainings for sales/marketing teams to enhance product knowledge.
- Collaborate with clients on projects involving new equipment acquisition, installation, renovation, or removal.
- Develop and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department and hospital.
- Review and assess service contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Perform planned maintenance on dialysis machines and other equipment according to service contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and stay informed about competitor activities.
- Achieve expertise in equipment operating, clinical aspects, and assist the marketing/sales team with demonstrations and installations.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Electronics with BBA or MBA.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position with exceptional management skills.
- Highly analytical, efficient, detail-oriented, computer-literate, and technically adept.
- Pleasant personality with positive initiative & drive.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong learning ability.
