Senior Business Advisor

As a trusted business advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to stakeholders while maintaining high levels of customer service for internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting regularly with regional teams to conduct oversight by analytics processes and identify prioritized partners/engagement teams requiring outreach
  • Providing guidance on local policies and leading practices
  • Facilitating training for client-serving teams on financial management practices
  • Contributing to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and support across borders, service lines, and industries
  • Coaching/junior advisors to develop skills through job shadowing, advising, informal training

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-driven professional environment in a financial/business capacity
  • Experience working with customers remotely under pressure, dealing empathetically with their problems and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders across regions while maintaining resilience
  • Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
