Senior Software Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to fill this challenging role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has expertise in developing complex web-based applications using PHP, LAMP stack, and various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality software solutions with expertise in Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, AJAX, PERL, HTML, DHTML, and JavaScript.
  2. Integrate systems using XML, CURL, VXML, and other interfaces.
  3. Demonstrate complete knowledge and deployment experience of CMS like Joomla, Drupal, WordPress.
  4. Understand open-source codes for building ERP, CRM, BI applications such as OS Commerce, SugarCRM, vTiger, Web ERP, or Social Network Open Source like BoonEx Dolphin.
  5. Have solid database concepts (DBA+LAMP expert in one package).
  6. Understand SDLC, Methods of Software Development, follow flow charts, and use RUP, Agile Type of SDLC Approach.
Requirements:
  1. Ability to work independently from home without much supervision.
  2. Familiarity with Gantt Charts, Functional and Process Flow Charts, Pseudo codes, ERD.
  3. Provide at least two professional references that guarantee character, attitude, loyalty, and skills.
  4. Punctual, disciplined, and excellent communication skills.
  5. Ease of understanding and talking in English.
  6. Provisioning of reliable Internet, Hardware, and necessary Software.
