Facilities Maintenance Role

Are you looking for a challenging role in facilities maintenance? Do you have experience in managing HSSE requirements and supervising teams?

  • Manage all HSSE requirements, ensuring that training is provided when necessary and suppliers are suitably qualified.
  • Issue and record the Permit to Work (PTW) system, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular asset condition surveys of service stations within your area of responsibility.
  • Prepare and validate costed BOQs for CMEP activities planned at site.
  • Verify invoices for work undertaken at service stations to ensure costs incurred are accurate.
  • Assess equipment repair or replacement needs at service stations and provide recommendations.
  • Carry out quality checks on completed maintenance and repair work.
  • Ensure asset data is updated regularly.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and 'make-safe' work situations.

Job Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil)
  • Min 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance activities with strong HSSE management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office tools and other software.
