IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

To manage customer operations in Mandi Bahauddin rural exchanges by maintaining service KPIs, provisioning new services, rectifying faults, achieving migration targets, planning network expansions, resolving customer issues (PSTN/DSL/IPTV/GPON), mobilizing maintenance teams, conducting fault analysis, and ensuring HSE compliance - all while optimizing network reliability and customer experience

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Maintain network performance standards (GPON/ADSL CHI at FF-99%/ADSL-83%, NITP at 18Hz, NITR at FF-13Hz/ADSL-25Hz)
  • Reduce service denials and repeats (FF denial 5%, ADSL 6%; FF repeat 10%, ADSL 20%)
  • Ensure 100% clearance of QA and HSE audits within three months
  • Manage field/customer operations including new service provisioning and fault rectification
  • Achieve migration targets while improving OFON CHI and network reliability
  • Coordinate maintenance teams for prompt fault resolution
  • Ensure HSE compliance in all daily operations

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • B.E/B.Sc Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computer/Software) or BS IT/BSCS (4-year program)

Technical Competencies:

  • GPON/ADSL technologies
  • Copper and fiber network operations
  • Service KPI analysis and improvement
  • PSTN/DSL/IPTV systems
  • MS Office and database proficiency

Key Skills:

  • Team and conflict management
  • Analytical and documentation skills
  • Coordination with utility providers (GEPCO) and local agencies
